I would also encourage you to not spend your Sunday mornings watching football (not “throw ball”) and riding the trainer, for while pedaling for 2+ hour and going nowhere was a pretty good workout, it left my ass and crotchial areas feeling a tad nasty and numb.
Chelsea Football Club’s Samuel Eto’o was also nasty on Sunday, scoring at hat trick and furthering Manchester United’s 2013/14 woes.
