The wind FINALLY calmed down for a bit on Thursday and I got out for a ride north of town on dirt and gravel roads. It was the first truly cold ride of the season and it had me busting out the (way to snug) tights, and a bunch of other cold weather riding gear.
The ride was nothing great to speak of. I was glad I got out because my slack has been super strong these day and I’m struggling to find motivation on many levels. I think I have some things in the works at the shop that should help me find some focus on losing some pounds and sweat out the slack over the winter, but not sure yet.
Here are some photos from my walk in the Sylvan Preserve on Wednesday and my Thursday ride. Gotta head to the shop for a few hours.
