Here are a few pics from the last two days of lumbering.
Monday was a hot and humid lumber, while every insect in the woods gnawed their way through layers of bug spray to dine on the well-thinned blood hidden beneath my gelatinous folds of man blubber.

After several thunderstorms on Monday afternoon, the humidity finally seemed to break a little, and Tuesday morning was noticeably less humid. Thankfully, the bugs were also a bit less feisty.

So far, I have 10.40 miles on my feet, and as the week progresses, I hope to get in some longer hikes to help kick-start the July leg of the 2025 Ignorance is Bliss Tour.
Later.
