One day last week, I found myself feeling pretty low and wanted little to do with the outside world, but the fridge told me that we needed eggs, cheese, and a 12-pack of fresh IPA; so, off to Ric’s, the local grocer with a good beer selection, I went.

One Month & Sweat So Sour

I continued my utter and complete domination (not really) of the hiking trails at Deerfield Park this week with another 17 miles of a planned 25-mile week in my boots as of Thursday.
Death Moments

No, trust me, I haven’t died yet. Nor has anyone in my immediate circle of humans. What I mean by “death moment” is a moment so incredibly good that if I died during said moment or whilst enjoying the emotional afterglow of the moment, I would die happy. Or at least happy enough.
This Tape
Outside of the “squares” that somehow live among us, everybody has a favorite band, album, or song. I have too many to mention, but I’m certain they are all better than your favorite artist, band or album. I also have something that is beyond all that: I have a favorite cassette tape.
